I’ve started this blog to discuss my passions. I write about things such as: marketing brainstorms, reviews of software tools/services, and (”original”) web start-up ideas.
I’m a serial web entrepreneur that some consider an expert in the “web 2.0″ world. I have been interviewed, featured, or written for various publications including: TechCrunch [writings], Business Week, VentureBeat [writing], CenterNetworks, Mashable, and Wired. My business contacts range from entrepreneurs, programmers, Search Marketing experts, Affiliate Marketing experts, VCs, angel investors, and bizdev contacts at leading search engines and affiliate marketing companies.
My background consists of starting several web start-ups — nothing notable yet ;), running my own Internet Marketing firm (SEO/PPC/Affiliate), working for 5 different web design firms (in an array of roles: graphic designer, programmer, project manager, project strategist, sales, bizdev), being apart of the dev/launch of hundreds of websites, and maximizing revenues via search/ppc, affiliate marketing, and other CPA marketing methods.
I have a clear understanding of the web, web technology (what can/can’t be done), and hold a B.S. Management from Purdue University (Go Boilers!).
